The windmills project consists of two traditional houses which are located at an amphitheatrical plot in the area of windmills Vivlos-Naxos, at a distance of 10 minutes (6 km) from the central port and 10 minutes (4 km) by car from the airport of Naxos.

The construction of the buildings has an ecological character using natural materials and comes with a high energy efficiency certificate.

The view from every spot of the house gives out a large variety of landscapes and colors, mountains, valley and sea.

Each building has two floors, living and kitchen area, two bedrooms and two wc. Τhere is also a storage room included. Comfortable and highly functional terraces with BBQ, dining place, resting and sunbathing areas as well as an optional swimming pool.

The buildings have access through private road and there is also easy access to the following beaches:
