We could produce the Tungsten Plate, purity599.95%, with the dimension (1.0-15.0)×L×L,

which tolerance is 60.025mm, and the surface finish could reach to 32RMS, according to

GB/T3875-2007 and ASTM B760-86. Tungsten Plate is widely used in ion implantation, ion

3� Deep-punching Mo Strip

We are able to produce Mo strip, purity 5 99.95%, with the dimension

0.15~0.5×100~150×1000~1200mm, which I.E.mm is 54.0, extensibility is 55%, and HV could be

controlled between 240 to 270.

Deep-punching Mo strip is widely used in electronic tube, semi-conductor and LCD, which

quality could reach to the domestic advanced level.

We have the capacity to produce TZM rod with the diameter 10~120mm, and the plate with

the thickness50.08mm, which oxygen content 8300ppm, according to ASTM B386-91. This

material has the special characteristics of heat-resistance and anti-oxidation.

TZM is widely used in ion-implantation, heater, medical equipment and weapon industry,
