them please give them some food and hope for fast release…

We tried to lay the Ariadne thread to the most important places:

EXIT: please use the central elevators and stair (others can lead to a dead end) Restrooms are at the 4th floor Cafeteria is on the 2nd floor.

Please, do not get lost!

Talks are an important part of the RICH workshop. But it is worth remembering that poster presentations at RICH

are equally important!

For speakers: Please upload your talks in advance using you indico account. Please note that 5 minutes of the allocated time is reserved for discussion: Regular talks: 20 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for discussion. Review talks: 35 minutes presentation and 5 minutes of discussion. For poster presenters: Please place your poster on the stand with the corresponding number (as designated in the booklet with timetable) today or tomorrow morning. Please also upload your poster at the indico page. This will allow all participants to study your presentation off line. Presentations will take place during coffee breaks in the hall. For all guests: Please ask questions to speakers and poster presenters.

Social program (accompanying persons are always welcomed )

Monday (today): Welcome drink + small reception. The winter garden immediately after the end of the afternoon session (~18:00 – 20:00). Wednesday: Visit to tomb of Pavel Cherenkov at Novodevichiy cemetery, remembering Pavel Cherenkov at Lebedev PI. Concert of folk music. (19:00 – 20:00) Thursday: Excursion to Zvenigorod (coeval of Moscow), 30 km west from Moscow

lunch included; also visit to homestead G. Vyazemi (XIV-XIX)

Workhop Dinner aboard “Port-Arthur” ship

Bus tour and visit to Kremlin Saturday: Afternoon (at ~13:00 after lunch), the bus tour around Moscow: - Sparrow hills, Christ the Savior Cathedral, Red Square (2 hours); - then divide into two groups: St. Basil Cathedral (1 hour), Kremlin (1.5 hour) and vise versa
