Veliko oblakov in procesov v oblakih je podmrežne skale (horizontalno in vertikalno) in zato mora biti predstavljeno v obliku parametrizacije

To pomeni da pripravimo matematični model, ki poskusi predstaviti njihov vpliv s pomočjo znanih spremenljivk v točkah računske mreže

Načini doseganja nasičenosti

Kako sprejeti odločitve povezane s kondenzirano vodno paro:!!•  Ali se kondenzirana vodna para takoj izloči ali ostaja znotraj delca zraka? Če ostaja v delcu zraka, moramo upoštevati njeno toplotno kapaciteto in ta bo vplivala na vzgon delca. ! !•  Ko se doseže točka ledišča, ali naj upoštevamo (zelo zapletene) procese z ledom?!!Opisana vprašanja vsebujejo mikrofiziko in dinamiko. !Najbolj enostavno rešitev, da se kondenzirana vodna para se takoj izloči v obliki padavin, poznamo kod “pseudo adiabatni proces”. !
