• Η καλλιτεχνική κληρονομιά είναι αγαθό του κράτους και όχι όποιου κυβερνά, πρέπει να βρίσκεται στην υπηρεσία της εκπαίδευσης των πολιτών και τέλος είναι πηγή εισοδήματος γιατί ενθαρρύνει τον πολιτιστικό τουρισμό.
