Containing an average of over four reactive epoxide groups per molecule, Epoxol 7-4 is highly compatible with many types of resins. It may be reacted with di- or poly-basic acids or anhydrides to form polyesters or with Lewis acid catalysts to form polyethers. Amines alone are not effective curing agents. Polymerization reactions can be carried out with Epoxol 7-4 alone, or in combination with other resins such as: polyvinyl chloride, nitrocellulose, alkyds, and bisphenol-epichlorohydrin type epoxy resins. Additional reactions of acids, alcohols, water, hydrogen and amines are also possible with Epoxol 7-4 to form the structures indicated above. The polyepoxide averaging pvpr four, epoxide groups

Swift's new Epoxol 7-4 is a highly reactive polyepoxide capable of polymerization to yield several types of polymers.

Find out more about this new polyepoxide with high functional purity. Return the coupon for details on a trial quantity of Swift's EPOXOL 7-4.
