The Crisis And The Opportunity

There is no doubt that we are now in a state of global emergency. This unprecedented worldwide

crisis is a symptom of a much deeper problem: the current state of our consciousness; how we

think about ourselves, and our world. We have the urgent need, and now the opportunity, for a

complete rethink: to reconsider our values and priorities, to understand our interconnectedness

and to shift to a new direction - living in harmony with nature and each other.

Every person, community, and society in the world is already, or will soon be, affected by this

Change is sweeping the planet in many forms

opening systems to new possibilities. We are at

the nexus of all human history when anything is

truly possible if we believe it to be so, and then

act accordingly.

Future historians will record that the definitive

turning point for humanity was the initial

collective realization that human consciousness

itself was the key to an empowered future as a

species and as a planetary civilization.

The imperative is clear and compelling.

Human systems that foster imbalance and

injustice on a persistent, widespread basis can

only be shifted and sustainably transformed

when the prevailing mindsets and behaviors

governing them are transformed.

A fundamental shift and transformation of

human consciousness at-scale across the

spectrum of human endeavor can be enabled

and facilitated through the use of social

innovation networks and technologies.

Quantum DNA - Consciousness

Activation and Transformation

A variety of methodical approaches to

consciousness activation and transformation have

been developed over the last several thousand years

in both the Eastern and Western aspects of civilization.

Most of these “soft” technologies have been based on

techniques and methodologies held and practiced in

institutions not widely available to the public. Over the

last several decades, a great deal of information has

been accessed and brought into the public domain

through a variety of sources, some more tested and

reliable than others. Additionally, frequency

harmonizing electronic based technologies have also

emerged, along with advance nutritional approaches to

usher in a revolution about how we might embrace

consciousness activation at-scale in the world.

We plan to conduct a comprehensive mapping of

this remarkable Innovation Genome to identify those

proven and promising technologies and techniques

that could be combined, or applied in conjunction with

other approaches to create an unprecedented

capability for the reliable activation and emergence of

human consciousness on a large scale.

The Innovation Genome and the

Metrics of Consciousness

The pioneering work by a number of

researchers such as Dr. David Hawkins (Power

vs. Force), Richard Barrett (Liberating the

Corporate Soul), Ken Wilber (Integral: AQAL - All

Quadrants, All Levels) and Dr. Don Beck (Spiral

Dynamics Integral) points to the emergent basis

for measuring and quantifying human

consciousness correlated to values, memes and

action.

We intend to bring forward groundbreaking

work done by such groups as the Whole Systems

Change Summits to correlate methodologies,

systems, techniques and technologies with the

ability to methodically and measurably shift and

raise consciousness at all scales of consideration.

The Movement Endowment will then fund those

activities, events, programs that are assessed as

having the greatest potential to shift and transform

human consciousness from its currently assessed

level of 207 to over 500, identified by Dr. David

Hawkins as the consciousness levels of Love, Joy,

Peace, and Enlightenment on his offered scale of

Breakthrough Innovation

Another promising breakthrough innovation genome

is focused on the enhancement of human performance

and wellness through the optimization of the biofield.

The National Institutes of Health adopted the term in

1995 to describe the biological quantum field of

interaction that occurs with some energy healing

techniques. Other terms that have gained widespread

acceptance with scientists and researchers are Field

Based Technologies, Subtle Energy, and Quantum

Resonance.

During the last twenty years, a number of studies

have been conducted to demonstrate the efficacy of

these technologies when applied to inorganic matter

such as silicon carbide, water, or prolonging battery

life. These studies point to a wide range of applications

that would significantly enhance the quality of life.

Very recent studies and research strongly suggest

that this area of application may be the best candidate

There is significant sociological research

conducted during the last ten years that strongly

suggests that some pronounced cultural shifts are

underway with respect to prevailing memes and

value systems worldwide.

In 2000, Dr. Paul Ray co-authored with Sherry

Ruth Anderson the book, Cultural Creatives (CCs),

where they describe Cultural Creatives as caring

“…. deeply about ecology and saving the planet,

about relationships, peace, and social justice,

about select issues, actualization, spirituality, and

self-expression.” They suggested that in the year

2000 there were more than 50 million CCs in

America (about 25 per cent of the U.S. adult

population) and a further 80-90 million in Europe.

Subsequent research conducted by identified by

Dr. Ray in 2002,indicates that Cultural Creatives

could dominate western populations as early as

2020. We plan to update Dr. Ray‟s research and

that of others to assess the true scope of the

market potential.

Founded in 1993, the Club of Budapest is an international association

dedicated to developing a new way of thinking and a new ethics that

will help resolve the social, political, economic, and ecological

challenges of the 21st century. With its roster of internationally

renowned members the Club initiates a dialogue between different

belief systems and world views in order to co-create and develop

effective strategies for responsible and sustainable action with a global

focus.The idea of the Club of Budapest was developed in 1978 in a

discussion between Aurelio Peccei, founder and first president of the

Club of Rome, and Ervin Laszlo, systems philosopher and also

member of the Club of Rome at that time. They were convinced that

the enormous challenges to humanity can only be dealt with through

the development of a cultural and cosmopolitan consciousness. Based

on these ideas, the Club of Budapest was founded by Dr. Laszlo in

1993. The founding city and namesake of the Club lies at the heart of

Europe and is spread out over both banks of the River Danube. The

successful merging of the two cities Buda and Pest is symbolized by

the famous Chain Bridge. It visualizes our ambition to build bridges

between generations, disciplines and cultures. Therefore, it was

selected as the logo and signet for the objectives of the Club. The

Steven Trevino is the Founder and Chief Architect for the

Innovation Genome Project which seeks to harness

breakthrough solutions for humanity‟s greatest challenges,

including the transformation of mindsets and behaviors in

complex systems. He serves as a Vice President with

PRTM Management Consultants specializing in bringing to

market, breakthrough strategic innovation concepts and

technologies that can make a significant, measurable

difference in the world. He approaches applied innovation

from both the perspective of traditional Return-On-

Investment models (ROI), as well as a Social-Return-On-

Investment (SROI) context that highlights public-benefit,

social-good criteria. This hybrid applied innovation model

quantifies the social impact, thus enabling the

commercialization process to take into account non-

traditional go-to-market factors and variables that would
