BACKGROUND AND CAREER PROGRESSION

Having fulfilled his army obligations, 1991 started his career in Athens Concert Hall as MIS Manager, reporting to the CEO and responsible System Administrator for 4 mini frame (VAX digital 4100) and 200 PC's, 4 NT servers and 2 Novell servers. Develop and organize from scratch (Software, hardware, operations) the online reservation system (Box Office) for both Central reservation offices and points of sales. Was unique and innovated system in Greece. The same Box office system as me organize and execute was so progressive they used and in 2004 Olympic games in Athens. Development and maintenance of special library software for the purpose of providing the public with online information and education on classical music and on the artistic events held at the Athens Concert Hall. This project was a joined activity of the Company and the European Union. Administrator and programmer of BOCS British Box Office software system. My effectiveness in business administration and organization of operations resulted to give me in 1996 the director position of public facilities.

In 1997, 2000 was MIS Manager and Country Examinations Manager, Greece – Hellenic American Union (dept. US Embassy in Athens). Main duties: Reorganize IT dept, bring new technologies and create from scratch new examination electronic system as well as to develop new mode of the operations for the English language courses. (certified degrees). Business advisor to English language exams. In this 3 years in HAU I Bring new High technology examination system for the English exams. The exams students’ capacity was 2,000 people in 1997 and in one-year increased to 30,000 students. I expand the offered courses of HAU not only focused in English language but also in information technology sector as CISCO certification courses and created computer labs. First in Europe create e-commerce site, selling English books. First in Europe we developed online web viewing score of the examinations.

At the end of 2000, 2006 I moved in Mytilineos Group as Group IT Director & Operations Director - Global Information technology manager for all companies of the group (Mytilineos Holding, MΕΤΚA Olympic Games Constructor), ELVO (Defense), ADG Aluminium De Greece, Endesa Hellas) (Oil gas company & energy, Metals, constructions).Main duties: to create collaboration between IT depts. of the group, the data transfer between different ERP’s of the group. Upgrade ERP’s gives also solutions in any matter of the ERP’s companies of the Group and also administration management of IT Dept.’s. Responsible to bring consolidate data from a different ERP’s to the TOP of management. Final step, to merge the different IT’s Depts. in one global IT dept. for the Group. Member of committee Reorganize the structure of group.Responsible for managerial & technical matters as well as future group orientation and operations. Rollout a new SAP system for the group. Same time develop & implementing BAAN ERP for ELVO (defense company). Implementation plus analysis for the Warehouse new WMS system of the Company. Implementation / setup the IT transferring the ADG SAP from Paris to Biotia location. The global SAP system of ALCAN (previous holder of ADG) kept the SAP system of Europe factories in Paris. The transfer and data isolation as well as with SAP modules that concerning the ADG was a unique venture and unique success.Other duties with successfully ending were Network and Database Administrator, as well as Programmer and Analyst. Advisor on technical matters regarding the telecommunication system and the selection of the Company technical equipment. 2005 startup the new energy company Endesa Hellas partner on ENDESA Spain the biggest energy provider in the world, I relocate in Madrid as COO and received special education for Wind Parks. I develop 2 European wind Parks.

September 2006 feeling ready to get into the top management of a fashion Retail Company relocate back to Athens and went to Sprider Stores as CIO, C.O.O - Group IT Director and Operations Manager.Main duties: Responsible for start up new branches with stores in Europe plus Greece (Greece, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus, Spain, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Moldova). Proceed in Rollout for Navison & Ls retail for HQ and 120 stores (480 POS, 120 servers (for the stores) – to reorganize the HQ Data center with up of 15 Dell blade servers and mirroring data server in other location). Proceed for Navision localization for all Europe branches and also to have the HQ with the branches online transactions communication and consolidated data for financial results. Reorganize IT Dept. create new sub Dept.,

hiring new people.2007 Rollout Navision & Ls retail for HQ and 7 European branches and 120 stores for the group. (We were the first in Europe that we had developed so huge installation of Navision and Ls Retail.). For this project I received Award from Microsoft Europe as best CIO in Europe using Microsoft Navision solutions. (Copenhagen 2008).I develop new procedures and operations for Supply chain Dept. & stores. Same time I implementing for the entire group the new WMS LM7 software for logistic company of our group. (Fashion Logistics). Also I organize and develop the new data center of the Group and the remote data center in other location. IT budget was over to 4 Millions euros. Other achievements were the implementation Cisco technologies routers and Voice over TCP, Cisco Call Manager 4.2 for HQ and call manager express for stores and other countries. (This installation includes routers, phones, and access points for all our branches in Europe.) The 2008 we was the only one in Europe with 8 country cisco phone centers online each other and over 1,000 phones and access points online through ADSL lines. I received another award from Cisco US. In this year I create from scratch the new fashion shoes company of the group (Tredino shoes SA). (Business creation, IT operations, stores, hiring people) (Budget 3 Million). Installed Navision & LS Retail for HQ and 5 stores of Tredino.

December 2008 I return back in Milano as CIO, COO to the Leaders of retail Nautica & Timberland, La Martina and CEO for the 8 European branches. 2009 HQ moved to Athens.Main duties: Responsible for management and strategic for all group, start up new branches with stores for south Europe (Italy, Greece, Romania, Turkey, Cyprus, France, Spain, Portugal, Hungary), reorganize supply chain Dept. operations and IT issues, start up new Europe distribution center of Nautica in Greece and also transferring the old one from Holland to new one. By the end of 2010, the new distribution center of Nautica was ready with the implementation of WMS system and SAP supply chain software. Going further, Alexis developed and implemented for the Group a 3PL solution. By reversing logistics with automated robotics systems he succeeded in increasing the cash flow by 25%. Reorganize the structure of group, hiring people for the IT dept. and Top managers and retail stores personnel for Europe branches. (more than 100 personnel). (Multiply relocations in the capitals of each country.Reorganize IT Dept. create new sub Dept. Proceed in IT transferring of HQ & 86 Stores (Athens) in new BackOffice and retail system. (Oracle retail system)Start up new branches in south Europe: start up business HQ for each country, hiring people, find places and start up new stores, implementing Global IT ERP of each country (Navision, LS Retail). Localization Navision. I received the CEO position of all Europe branches for my services. Reorganize the retail and Supply Chain operations (new RFP). The end of 2009 they offer me to rollout in all Europe the new brand La Martina. The La Martina stores and storage House was the only one in Europe that full running RFID technology. (Imports, deliveries received sales, returns and inventory). Also same time I gave innovating retail solutions as: (One of my propose was, because we was fashion company with high cost goods is better to send it to the stores by waves (batch) the new collection and not all collection in the beginning of each season. With this way you make the customer to come multiply times to your store. We had increasing of our sales 70% and also the returning back goods at the end of season decreased 65%). Implementing new Stock count and inventory control system (Software & operations) for the needs of the group. In the end of 2010 was ready under my supervision the new distribution center of Nautica. (Operations, IT, hiring people), also implementing Aberon WMS system and SAP supply chain software. Development, implementing for the Group (Handling 3PL) new innovative solution (unique in Europe) reverse logistics with automated robotics systems. With this solution the Group increase the cash flow at 25%. The reason why was for that every new upcoming season we ordering less products than before, because we had ready goods from fixing goods that passed from reverse logistic.Rollout in 2011 new custom retail software’s using IPhones and Ipad’s like POS with e-commerce also module (Online with the distribution center). (We were the first in Europe using this technology for the front-end retail). Rollout new loyalty club program connect with credit cards, winning credits and more.

In April of 2013 I relocate in London and start the Keyconsult consultant Ltd specialized in IT, Retail and Logistics. My first contract was 7 months fixed term contract with 1 month extend with the Volution Holdings as outsourcing CIO.Finish my contract with 100% succeeds in time and in budget for IT transferring (SAP for all companies of the group), customizations and interfaces developing and Logistics consultant services

for Volution distribution center. Implementing / development SAP (FI) – (PP) Customizations and develop Interfaces as the company had identified. Project finish with success and on time. Create SAP FRI/RFP with key users. SAP upgrading project for 4 companies within the group replicated Forty interfaces. EDI & E-commerce advises. Implementing / setup new WMS and supply chain software for distribution center. Configuration of data entry screens. Setting up security for access to data and creation including user profiles.

December 2013 I received my new contract with Danaos Shipping Company (World class Shipping) International maritime as Outsourcing IT Consultant. (Hong Kong, London, Piraeus).Main duties were the It transfers of branches in new BackOffice ERP SAP (FI). Second project was to find innovate solution how and if company can have the remote management of the fleet.

Contract success finished for Remote Fleet administration fuel control. Also create from scratch new unique International Global vessels services network. (Bridge electronics). In the end of the project they had 180 world wise service partners and Remote Vessel management control system. Implementing and developed for vessels field. (Engine room – Bridge) one Innovative solution included software and hardware (PLC). I design and implementing the software exactly as requirements of the vessel company, discovered also and the compatible hardware for management of different engine rooms and bridges of each vessel. This moment the company is the only one with a remote fleet management.

In March 2014 starts my new fixed term contract as Outsourcing IT Consultant, ARGOS Group, London hub, Victoria.Contract details: Project Management role incorporating delivery of multiple IT projects on time, within budget scope and in accordance to the governance guidelines.Setup up technical aspects of all Business Cases, including specification, procurement, design, and reorganize, configuration/development and implementation the existing e-commerce site. The e-commerce site of Argos is one of the biggest in UK. Retail site (for e-commerce for Technology, Home & Garden, Baby, Toys, Sports, Clothing, Jewellery).Development /Management of new 3rd party Mobile Application (online with the e-commerce) that gives the opportunity to the consumer to have online information’s about sales campaigns, online buying. Include also innovate 3D-application to the mobile application for product presentations. Managed with success third party team of software developers and third party suppliers.

In September 2014 to April 2015, Outsource Marketing Director (Royal Foods) Amsterdam Holland. Services I launched with success as outsourcing Marketing director for SEO of 6 countries (Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Algeria, Morocco, Libya was to Setup, organize, implementing, hiring people for the new Dept. another 9 countries. Implementation Aberon WMS system and LM7 and SAP supply chain software for logistic

company of the group. Responsible for 55 people in the IT dept. Development Cisco technologies routers and Voice over TCP, Cisco Unified Call Manager 4.2 for

HQ and call manager express for stores and other countries. (This installation includes 1000 phones all over Europe). (Alcatel WiFi, Vlan’s, PDA’s for the new logistic company).

Manager director for the development, implementation and operation of reverse logistics with automated robotics systems.

Create from scratch new one fashion shoes company (Tredino shoes SA) for the group Sprider Stores SA. Establishment of company, creation and staffing of parts for a retail company such as merchandising, business management, supply chain, financial services etc., opening stores in Greece and Cyprus. (One of the Biggest in my carrier).
