  The Solvent Acrylic Glue coated Cold Laminating Films are  equipped with a surface enhanced paper release liner. 

This version excels also with a very high quality lamination  result but is less affected by static electricity effects. The so­ called „Silvering Effect“ of other Cold Lamination Films is virtu­ ally not more visible. 

These high­qulity products do excel with their long­live, stabilityin colour and non­shrinking properties.

   Το απόλυτα γυαλιστερό Film   Deep  Water  Ultra  High  Gloss,  ψυχρής  πλαστικοποίησης  film125μ  με προστασία UV .  

Δίνει  μια  ιδιαίτερη  γυαλάδα  στις  φωτογραφίες  σας  και  είναικατάλληλο για τοποθέτηση σε Plexiglas 

Η  γυαλιστερή  επιφάνεια  προστατεύεται  από  τις  γρατζουνιέςκαι τα σημάδια κατά την διάρκεια της επικόλλησης με μεμβρά­ νη η οποία πρέπει να αφαιρεθεί στο τέλος της εργασίας. 

 

  

 

Ultra High Gloss 

Deep Water is a superb new 125µ surface lamination film whichprovides an unprecedented glass gloss feeling to mounted  prints. The deep gloss finish can be compared with the appeal of  face mounting behind clear acrylic. 

The gloss surface is protected against scratches and marks du­ring the laminating process with a clear 25µ film, which should  be removed after finishing work. 

Deep Water film requires room temperature during the lamina­tion process. The best results can be achieved by using a print  media with a very smooth surface, like photo paper or our    Synthetic Paper PPM and PPMSK (self­adhesive).

ΠΡΟΣΤΑΤΕΥΤΙΚΟ FILM  SATIN‐MATT     ‐ PROTECTIVE FILM SATIN‐MATT 

Satin­Matte Film  με  προστασία  UV εσωτερικής και εξωτερικήςχρήσης.. Από τις πιο δημοφιλείς πλαστικοποιήσεις διαθέσιμη σε  δύο εκδόσεις (θερμή­ψυχρή) .  

Έχουν την ίδια ανάγλυφη επιφάνεια με την διαφορά ότι στηνLMS (ψυχρή)  έχει τοποθετηθεί πιο ισχυρό interliner και δια‐ φορετική κόλλα από την LMSM (θερμή).  Ως εκ τούτου μπορεί  να  χρησιμοποιηθεί  τέλεια  σε  χειροκίνητες  μηχανές,  χωρίς  να  εμφανίζει το λεγόμενο  „Silvering‐Effect“.  

The very popular Protection Film „Satin­Matte“  is  available intwo variations. 

The surface of all three films is calandred with the same embos­sing drum, but the film  LMS  is equipped with a stronger interli­ ner and a different glue than the LMSM. Therefore it can be used  on  manual  machines  without  showing  the  so  called  „Silvering­ Effect“.

These solvent acrylic glue coated lamination films provide  prints with an attractive finish. Images can be laminated with  different textures.  Prints of oil paintings for example, could be  laminated with a canvas texture. Not only the colour of the im­ ages are enhanced, also the surfaces become scruff resistant.   These high quality products excel with their long­life, stability in  colour and no shrinking properties.  

            TEXTURED FILM PEARL  Texture Film Pearl με προστασία UV εσωτερικής και εξωτερι‐κής χρήσης. Ενισχύει εντυπωσιακά τα χρώματα και είναι πολύ  ανθεκτικό στις γρατζουνιές. Χρησιμοποιείτε συνήθως για Pop‐ Up­Displays, Kappa­Fix, Mouse pads κ.α.

 FILM  ΜΟΝΙΜΗΣ ΕΠΙΚΟΛΛΗΣΗΣ  ‐ STANDARD MOUNTING FILM  To KKD είναι ένα Film διπλής όψης εσωτερικής και εξωτερι‐κής χρήσης. Ειδικά σχεδιασμένο για  μόνιμη επικόλληση φω‐ τογραφιών σε: χαρτόνι, ξύλο και πλαστικό. 

 

To KKD είναι πολύ ανθεκτικό, αδιάβροχο και με ουδέτερο ph.

KKD is the double sided cold mount film. This outstanding prod­uct has a highly cohesive acrylic adhesive. The support for the  adhesive is a transparent 12µ polyester film. It is for permanent  mounting of prints, posters etc. on wood­boards, card­boards  and plastic­boards.  

It is ph­neutral and shows a good resistance  against ageing, water and solvents. 

NEW Formula of Adhesive: The mounting  strength is improved. Also it can be used for  outdoor­applications.

This Cold Mounting Film is coated on one side with a permanentand on the other side with a removable adhesive. Both adhesives  are solvent­free polyacrylic. 

Our KDK gives best results on any flat substrate. The removableside allows a trace free and clean removal of the mounted media  from almost all surfaces.

Το  KKDV είναι ένα διπλής όψης  Flim εσωτερικής και εξωτε‐ρικής χρήσης για τοποθέτηση εκτυπώσεων με το χέρι. Μπορεί  να κολληθεί εύκολα, σε οποιαδήποτε λεία και ανάγλυφη επι‐ φάνεια. 

Η κόλλα προστατεύετε από  χαρτί με ουδέτερο ph.  

  

The KKDV double sided cold mount film is ideal for the manualmounting of photos and prints on MDF plates and all smooth,  elastic and more rough surfaces. 

The support for the adhesive is a tissue paper. It is ph neutraland shows a good resistance against ageing, water and solvents.

The Cold Mounting Film Optical Clear is a transparent film  which is protected on both sides with a 36µ PET Release Liner.  The carrier of the highly cohesive acrylic adhesive is a 12µ PET­ Film. This out­standing product is used for mounting against  glass or extruded acrylic. 

For best results please use our Synthetic Paper (v. Page 17).

Our new Synthetic Paper is made of Polypropylen (PP) and isprintable with all water­based Large Format Printers (like Ep­ son Stylus Pro, Canon or HP). This great medium is brilliant  white, matte. It dries very fast and has a high breaking strength.  The colour range is quite large for such kind of a product. 

Our Synthetic Paper is perfectly suited for demanding reproduc­tions of photographs and art prints and absolutely necessary for  Facemounting behind Acrylic Glass. 

It is also used for banners and Pop­Up­Displays in the field of Visual Communications. 

It is suitable also for outdoor­application due to its water­ resistant coating if used in combination with UV­protected inks.  For longer outdoor­use you should guard the print with our  Cold Laminates.

The Cutting Mats are the base for precise and professional work.

The mats are self­healing, i.e. normal cutting does not damagethe mat. The mat allows traceless cutting and the knife is kept  sharp due to the special surface of the mat. The anti­slip surface  of the mat gives a good grip to the media. 

Finally the printed grid­lines are helping to cut straight and  precise. The large mats (from 100x150cm) also show 45° and  60° lines.

The Laminator “Victor” is the first professional small size  automatic laminator. It offers all features of large size heavy­ duty machines. 

This machine is designed for mounting and protecting pic­ tures with Double­Sided Tapes and Laminating Films. 

It is equipped with an automatic release­liner rewinding  mechanism and has one additional axis for laminating a full  roll of media or for application of Double­Sided Tapes parallel  to the lamination process. 

The operation can be controlled with a foot pedal or by a  hand operation. The model 650W and 800W are equipped  with a heated upper roller (up to 60°C). All machines are CE­ approved and include a rolling stand.

Έχετε την δυνατότητα να πλαστικοποιήσετεένα ολόκληρο εκτυπωμένο ρολό μέσα σε μία μόνο στιγμή. Με σύγχρονη και μελετημένη σχεδίαση μπορείτε να ελέγχετε τα πάντα μέσα από τον ψηφιακό πίνακα που βρίσκεται πάνω στο μηχάνημα.

Η ανύψωση του άνω ρολού γίνεται εύκολα, μετο πάτημα ενός κουμπιού.

Το σύστημα ρύθμισης της πίεσης γίνεται ηλε-κτρονικά, δίνοντας ομοιόμορφο πάτημα.

Οι παράμετροι που ορίζεται στις ρυθμίσεις τηςπρέσας, αποθηκεύονται και μπορούν να χρη- σιμοποιηθούν για μελλοντική χρήση.

Το Mistral έρχεται με έξι άξονες.

The new Mistral is now offering great innovations. For the  first time there is an affordable production machine, which  incorporates the need of digital printers. 

With this machine it is possible to laminate full rolls of printedmedia in one go. The full roll of printed media is loaded to an  extra shaft in the front of the laminator. After lamination the  prints are picked up and wound onto an additional shaft on  the back of the machine. You achieve a clean, fast and safe  production.  

The design is modern and well thought­through. All functionsare centralized on a very easy understandable control panel. 

The elevation of the Upper Roller is motorized. The electroni­cally monitored pressure adjustment system ensures a uniform  spread of the pressure on the roller contact zone. The working  parameters (including the heat setting) can be saved for later  use. 

Media and materials can be changed very easy. The self­ blocking roll shafts do require no tools and the feeding tray  pivots upwards leaving a full and secure access to the machi­ ne. 

Since the Mistral comes with six shafts you can not only do asingle­side lamination with a  simultaneuos adding of the  Mounting Film but also do encapsulating.

Ηλεκτρικοί Πλαστικοποιητές ‐ Laminators

Ο  FLEXA είναι συμπαγής πλαστικοποιητής για τον χώρο των γραφικών τεχνών και της διαφήμισης. Μπορείτε να πλαστικο‐ ποιήσετε τα υλικά σας και στην συνέχεια να τα επικολλήσετε  σε πάνελ. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με σύστημα αφής και πιστοποιη‐ μένα συστήματα ασφαλείας βάση CE για την προστασία των  δακτύλων . Η ταχύτητα περιστροφής τον κυλίνδρων είναι  ηλεκτρονικάρυθμιζόμενη  από την οθόνη του πλαστικοποιητή  ή από το πενταλ του ποδιού. Μπορείτε επίσης να την δουλέ‐ ψετε και χειροκίνητα.

Flexa is building compact laminators for the field of graph­ics, framing and advertising. It can lay application tape, do  lamination, apply mounting film and perform mounting on  panels. The laminators are equipped with touch pad control  and sophisticated photosensitive CE certified safety systems  for finger protection. The speed rotation of the rollers is elec­ tronically regulated with start switch from console or foot  pedal (for hand free operation). The tension of the film to be  applied and that of the release liner, is controlled by two  groups of separate clutches. The practical support stand on  wheels completes the equipment of the laminator. 

Outstanding Feature: Change of rolls within seconds and notools necessary with the self­locking system.

Κοπτικό Για Ρολά‐ Roll Cutter 

Με το TGE μπορείτε εύκολα  να κόψετε τα ρολά σας σε όποιαδιάσταση θέλετε. Είναι η καλύτερη λύση για κοπή διάφορων  υλικών όπως: αυτοκόλλητα, έγχρωμα PVC, προστατευτικά  film, υλικά εκτύπωσης κ.α.  

Με το TGE μπορείτε να μειώσετε τα  ρολά που στοκάρετε, καθώς και την φύρα, κόβοντας στην διάσταση που απαιτεί η  εκάστοτε δουλειά.
