ABSTRACT:An extensive common assent between international organizations, enterprises and individuals, regarding the philosophy of developing skills of social character, has been noted in the last twenty years. This derives mainly from globalization which has induced acute competition and constant changes, facts which require employees with initiative, creativity and teamwork attitude. Adult education has always been aiming in the development of the trainees personality and in many countries was considered as an institution which contributes to the creation of awaken citizens (liberal adult education). Today, it continues to develop such activities; however, gradually adult education programs are beginning to adopt an entrepreneurial character. The emerging question is to what extent the human-centered standards of adult education befit the need of enterprises to accustom the personality of their employees to the behests of production. International bibliography and practices show that such a pursue is attainable on condition that the organization will deeply investigate its dysfunctional problems and will co-instantaneously scout training forms which conduce to the improvement of working conditions and interpersonal relationships. Moreover, preparative to qualitative and effective training programs (whether within an entrepreneurial organization or not) which aim at the development of social skills, is their comportment with methodological specifications, as well as delivery by trainers which have already enhanced their emotional quotient (E.Q).
