Alpha Zeta P3 brothers enjoyed their last few days before heading out on rotations. Brothers will be headed to Pocatello, ID, Boise, ID, Coeur d’Alene, ID, and Reno, NV to complete their rotations. Alpha Zeta wishes their Brothers good luck while embarking on their next adventure! – WCC Megan Flandro

On April 19th, we had our Spring Initiation for the new initiates. It was a great time as we had our Big Little reveal beforehand. We had food catered from Oregano's Pizza Bistro. We were able to build a sense of togetherness and camaraderie as everyone got to talk to one another and learn more about each other. Afterwards, we started Initiation. It went smoothly. We would like to thank everyone that attended and helped out as well as our advisors: Dr. David Lee, Dr, Lisa Davis, and Dr. Janet Cooley. Most importantly, we would like to welcome our new Brothers: Nestor Lopez, Celestina Mesa, Victor Ruiz, Nichol Brahm, Anita Perez, and Geneva Matthew. – WP Justin Goal

Chapter Highlights

Spring has flown by, and the end of the semester is upon us! The Sigma Brothers have been busy this Spring, especially as the semester draws to a close. We hosted our first annual Golden Gala, a fancy banquet for all brothers to come together to wish our P4s good luck as they transition into their roles as PharmDs, and have one more chance to catch up with P3s as they prepare to begin their 4th year rotations! It was a fun night, with great company! Our new WCC, Catherine Donaldson, even made two very delicious cakes for us all to enjoy! Additionally, we joined together at Buffalo Wild Wings, for our annual fundraiser for St. Jude's -Wing Eating Competition! It was a great turn out, and there was fun had by all! Collectively with Buffalo Wild Wings, we were able to raise $420 for St. Jude's this year! Finally, our last event of the semester is coming up on April 30th; our Annual PDC/APhAAuction! The auction is always a huge success, as students and faculty alike place bids on various items, services, and special events and outings. It is never a dull time watching our professors and classmates auction off the donations in the name of charity. – WP Morgan Garlington

Chapter Highlights

This was a busy month for Gamma Rho. Brothers attended our annual mountain house retreat in Granby, Colorado. It was an amazing weekend filled with Brotherhood and laughter. This is one of our favorite events for our chapter, and we look forward to it every year. On April 22nd, Brothers worked with Denver Parks and Recreation to clean up the parks for earth day! It was such a rewarding experience and we loved helping to keep our city beautiful. We also had our annual P4 dinner, giving out graduation cords to all the upcoming graduates. We also gave out P4 awards to our P4 MVP, Fariha Quabiliand Most Dedicated to Holly Rawlings. We’re so excited to watch our Gamma Rho Brothers graduate on May 4th! Now that our incoming executive board is taking over, we took some time to reflect about our past year and our Brotherhood. We were so thankful to have such an amazing Executive Board and we can’t wait to see what the incoming board has in store! –WP Amanda Grady
