War Eagle! In a matter of days, the AUMB will be traveling to the Georgia Dome to celebrate the beginning of a much-anticipated season in the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game against Clemson University. We had a very successful Preseason Camp and are excited to per-form our Aerosmith halftime show. We will be playing some of the rock band’s most popular tunes, like Dream On, Dude (Looks Like a Lady), and Cryin’, just to name a few. The Pi Chapter is starting the fall semester with 35 active brothers. We have representatives from al-most every section in the band and many student leaders as well. I’m really proud of all the work that the brotherhood has already accomplished and am pleased to announce that we are diligently

preparing for our 4th Annual Live.Laugh.Run 5K on

October 7th. It’s going to be another amazing year for the Pi Chapter and we hope to see all of you at

the 5K and at Alumni Band on November 3rd! AEA, Katie Morgan

As always, Pi has stayed very busy this summer, with projects ranging from helping the GTA’s clean up the balcony above the band room to our annual field day to prepare for preseason camp.

We also got to help out with the High School and Middle School Band Camps in June and other smaller service projects throughout the summer.
