Αγκύριο ELEBAR™-G τοποθετημένο σε διάτρημα το οποίο πληρώνεται σε όλο το μήκος με τσιμεντένεμα ή ρητινικό ένεμα. Η πλήρωση μπορεί να γίνει είτε από το σωληνάκι ή εναλλακτικά το διάτρημα μπορεί να έχει προηγουμένως πληρωθεί με το ενέμα και κατόπιν να εισαχθεί το αγκύριο στο διάτρημα. Η σύσφιξη του περικοχλίου γίνεται αφότου στερεοποιηθεί το ένεμα. Η χρήση ρητινικών ενεμάτων προσφέρει ταχύτερους χρόνους στερεοποίησης, καλύτερη πρόσφυση με το περιβάλλον πέτρωμα και αντιδιαβρωτική προστασία της ράβδου.

ELEBAR™-G rock-bolt installed in a borehole completely filled with the cementitious or resinous grout. Grout can either be injected through the grouting pipe or alternatively the bore-hole can be filled with the grout prior to insertion of the rock bolt. Nut tensioning follows the setting of the grout. The use of resin offers reduced setting times, increased bonding to the ground, higher strength and corrosion protection of the steel bar.

Κατάλληλος αριθμός φυσιγγίων ρητίνης τοποθετείται στο διάτρημα.

Το αγκύριο ELEBAR™-G ωθείται μέσα στο διάτρημα και περιστρέφεται ώστε να διαρρήξει τη μεμβράνη των φυσιγγίων. Η περιστροφή διαρκεί όσο ορίζουν οι προδιαγραφές των φυσιγγίων. Η τάνυση με σύσφιξη του περικοχλίου γίνεται αφότου στερεοποιηθεί το ρητινικό ένεμα (συμβουλευθείτε τις προδιαγραφές των φυσιγγίων ρητίνης).

Αντί της ρητίνης μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν φυσίγγια τσιμεντενέματος με τον ίδιο τρόπο.

Suitable number of resin capsules is inserted in the borehole.

The ELEBAR™-G is forced into the bore-hole and is simultaneously spun in order to tear the capsule membrane and to perform the mixing. Mixing time should be according to resin specifications. Nut tensioning follows the setting of the resin.

Capsules of cementitious grout instead of resin can be used in a similar manner.

Φυσίγγια ταχύπηκτης ρητίνης ωθούνται στο βάθος του διατρήματος ενώ το υπολοιπόμενο μήκος πληρώνεται με φυσίγγια ρητινών βραδύτερου χρόνου πήξεως.

Το αγκύριο ELEBAR™-G ωθείται μέσα στο διάτρημα και περιστρέφεται ώστε να διαρρήξει τη μεμβράνη των φυσιγγίων.

Η τάνυση με σύσφιξη του περικοχλίου γίνεται αφότου στερεοποιηθεί το ταχύπηκτο ρητινικό ένεμα στο βάθος του διατρήματος.

Αντί της ρητίνης μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν φυσίγγια τσιμεντενέματος διαφορετικών χρόνων πήξεως με τον ίδιο τρόπο.

Suitable number of capsules of a fast setting resin is inserted in the bottom of the borehole and the remaining length is filled with cartridges of a slower setting resin.

The ELEBAR™-G is forced into the borehole and is simultaneously spun in order to tear the capsule membrane and to perform the mixing.

Nut tensioning follows the setting of the fast setting resin.

Instead of resin, capsules of cementitious grouts can be used in a similar manner.

Αγκύριο ELEBAR™-G με προσαρμοσμένη την αγκυροκεφαλή τοποθετείται σε διάτρημα κατάλληλης διαμέτρου όπως ορίζουν οι προδιαγραφές της αγκυροκεφαλής. Η τάνυση στο φορτίο που ορίζει η μελέτη πραγματοποιείται με σύσφιξη του περικοχλίου.

The expansion shell is fixed on the ELEBAR™-G threaded bar and the assembly is inserted to a bore-hole with suitable diameter as suggested by the expansion shell specifications. Tensioning of the mechanical anchor to the load specified by the project specifications is done by tightening the nut.

Αγκύριο ELEBAR™-G με προσαρμοσμένη την αγκυροκεφαλή ωθείται σε διάτρημα στο οποίο προηγουμένως έχει τοποθετηθεί κατάλληλος αριθμός φυσιγγίων ρητίνης. Η διάμετρος του διατρήματος πρέπει να είναι σύμφωνη με τις προδιαγραφές των αγκυροκεφαλών. Η τάνυση πραγματοποιείται με σύσφιξη του περικοχλίου προτού στερεοποιηθεί η ρητίνη (προσοχή απαιτείται ώστε να επιλεγούν τα κατάλληλα φυσίγγια ρητίνης με χρόνο σκλήρυνσης τέτοιο που να επιτρέπει την ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας τοποθέτησης και τάνυσης του αγκυρίου).

The expansion shell is fixed on the ELEBAR™-G bar and the assembly is inserted to a bore-hole, which has been previously filled with suitable number of resin cartridges. The diameter of the bore-hole should comply with the expansion shell specifications. Tensioning is achieved by tightening the nut before resin setting occurs (care should be taken to select resin cartridges with sufficient setting time to allow installation and tensioning of the bolt).

Φυσίγγια ταχύπηκτης ρητίνης ωθούνται στο βάθος του διατρήματος ενώ το υπολοιπόμενο μήκος πληρώνεται με φυσίγγια ρητίνης βραδύτερου χρόνου σκληρύνσεως. Το αγκύριο ELEBAR™-G με προσαρμοσμένη την αγκυροκεφαλή ωθείται στο διάτρημα ώστε να διαρρήξει τη μεμβράνη των φυσιγγίων. Η τάνυση γίνεται προτού στερεοποιηθεί το ρητινικό ένεμα στο βάθος του διατρήματος. Αντί της ρητίνης μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν φυσίγγια τσιμεντενέματος διαφορετικών χρόνων πήξεως με τον ίδιο τρόπο.

Suitable number of fast setting resin capsules is inserted into the bottom of the borehole and the remaining length is filled with resin cartridges of a slower setting time. The ELEBAR™-G bar fitted with the expansion shell is forced into the borehole to tear the capsules membrane. Tensioning is achieved by tightening the nut before resin setting has occurred. Capsules of cementitious grout instead of resin can be used in a similar manner.

The combination anchor fixture consists of two ELEBAR™-G threaded bars. The first bar is placed above the ground arch in unfractured ground fully embedded in the grout in a similar manner to point anchored bolts (see type B). The second bar is threaded to the coupling thus prestressing the system. The combination bolt offers the combined benefits of both passive and active anchorages.

Η συνδυασμένη διάταξη αγκύρωσης αποτελείται από δύο ανεξάρητες ράβδους ELEBAR™-G. Η πρώτη ράβδος πακτώνεται στο βάθος του διατρήματος στο υγιές πέτρωμα σε όλο της το μήκος με τρόπο αντίστοιχο εκείνου της σημειακής πάκτωσης (βλ. Β). Η δεύτερη ράβδος κοχλιώνεται στο σύνδεσμο τανύζοντας έτσι τη διάταξη αγκύρωσης. Η συνδυασμένη διάταξη προσφέρει όλα τα πλεονεκτήματα της παθητικής και ταυτόχρονα ενεργούς αγκύρωσης.
