Christmas and New Year Caroling

Students from St. Paul’s Greek Heritage

Language School will be visiting houses for

Christmas caroling on December 24th at 2 p.m.

GOYA will be visiting houses for New Years’

caroling on December 31st from 2-4 p.m.

Parents Association of

St. Paul’s Greek Heritage Language School

We will be hosting a luncheon after Church services on

January 30th 2016 in commemoration of the Feast of the

Three Hierarchs and Ecumenical Teachers, Basil the

Great, Gregory the Theologian, and John Chrysostom.

We are very grateful that this year the food donation is

coming from The Diplomat Restaurant.

Children will be able to attend the service with their families

(Greek school classes will be cancelled to ensure that all

students attend the church service) and then enjoy the

luncheon together as a community.

Tickets are $15 per adult. We encourage everyone to come

out for this very special service.

Meeting Mark your calendars for the Annual General Meeting for 2015 which will be held on Sunday January 17th 2016 at 7:00 pm. An official notice of meeting and agenda will be mailed to members in early January.

ST. PAUL’S LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP

The St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Community Leadership Scholarship

was created to recognize and award members of the Greek

community in Regina who are currently enrolled in or intend to

pursue post-secondary education at a recognized institution.

Two scholarships will be awarded, one for $1,000Cdn and one for

$500Cdn. The award is to be applied to tuition. 2016 Scholarship

candidates must complete and submit the application no later

than July 15th

, 2016.

The package that contains the criteria, detailed procedure

information and the application form are available at the Church
