LightPointe’s Advanced Exchange Program™ offers customers with a distinguished level of support. If the Advanced Exchange option has been purchased, LightPointe will use all reasonable efforts to ship inter-im loan hardware on an Advance Exchange basis the same business day you call. Otherwise, interim loan hardware will be shipped the next business day. Simultaneously, LightPointe will issue an RMA number and take receipt of the defective component for further testing and quality control. Customers may have the option to purchase the Advanced Exchange Program for any system up to three (3) years following receipt from the Company provided the entire outstanding balance is paid prior to the replacement unit ship date. Please refer to the Advanced Replacement Agreement for additional infor-mation.
