With a measuring amplitude large enough to cover chocolate and sugar work, as well as thecooking of meat and fish, it is bound to become a major tool along with our professionnal knives. It bears a magnet on the back for placing on a stainless steel bowl or the front of anoven. The sonde is curved and silicone-coated (non- slippery). The long wire is coated with aluminium for better protection.
