An example that shows the collaboration of these programs

1) Teacher assigns via InEdu LMS some exercises as homework that he created using Word of Office Web Apps

2) Email alerts (workflow) are sent, automatically, to students PCs and phones through Exchange Online and notify them about their homework

3) Some students ask their teacher’s assistance in order to do their homework using the instant messaging of Lync Online

4) Teacher organizes an extra lesson through InEdu LMS and sends an online meeting request via Exchange Online to these students in order to help them and answer all their questions.

5) The online course starts using Lync Online. Teacher shares his desktop, makes an online presentation through PowerPoint of Office Web Apps, writes in his interactive board and virtual board, saves his notes in OneNote of Office Web Apps and records the whole meeting.

6) He uploads the video to InEdu LMS for students that could not attend this meeting.
