Greek Easter Cookies
Ingredients 3 small cups butter 6 small cups brown sugar 6 eggs 3 small cups vegetable oil all-purpose flour 5 vanillas Salt 1 glass of milk 1 egg 1 ammonia 1 baking powder sesame
PreparationIn a large bowl stir the sugar and the eggs. Mix the oil with the milk. Add first the liquid and then the solid ingredients. Use as much flour as you think and work with the hands until the dough is smooth (not too soft nor too tight). Knead the dough into rolls. Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with a beaten egg and sesame. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
