The submission of this application form as well as the foreseen payment under no

circumstances provide any participation right until a written confirmation has been

sent by the Organizer, Hellenic Association of Furriers.

The Organizer reserves the right to reject any application according to his own

absolute discretion and is under no obligation to give any reason therefore. The

decision by the Organizer to accept or reject any such application shall be final.

Having read all Conditions of FEA 2019 PARTICIPATION & OPERATION REGULATIONS,

which I unreservedly declare that I accept and undertake to respect, while I further agree

to accept any penalties imposed to me in case of violation of any provision of the

regulation according to a decision of Hellenic Association of Furriers’ administration

board, we wish to participate in the Exhibition and request an exhibition BOOTH of

Participation Fee - Exhibition rental space

1. The registration fee, which includes participation right and enlistment to the

exhibition’s catalogue, is formed according to the size of the booth (squared meters)

as follows:

< 70 sq.m 250 €

> 80 sq.m 500 €

The cost for one advertisement page in the exhibition’s catalogue is 250€ + VAT.

2. Exhibition rent per sq.m. of a readymade BOOTH is 250 € + VAT (the equipment is NOT

included)

3. The Hellenic Association of Furriers has the right to offer special prices to its members

or any special participation packages to FEA’s exhibitors, after approval from its

Administration Board.







Payment Methods

The total Participation Fee (Registration fee plus Exhibition space rental) will be paid with

Bank transfer or by cheque payable the Organizing Company ROTA as follows:

A. Upon signing the Application Form, participants must pay the Registration Fee.

Registration fee is not refundable in any case.

B. Having signed the Application Form participants must pay a deposit of 35% of the

net value of the rental. The amount of the deposit is not refundable in any case.

C. The remaining 65% of the of the net value of the rental will be paid as follows:

35% until February 20, 2019

The remaining 30% until March 15th, 2019.

The V.A.T. amount should be paid by Bank transfer to the Organizing Company ROTA or by

cheque payable to ROTA,, upon the issue of the invoice, until March 15, 2019, the latest.

Upon this date all financial issues have to be cleared.
