TANK Inner tank of 6mm thick steel plate, ground internally for drainage to Ø 450mm double walled sump, internally shot blast to SA 2.5 and coated with 250μm nominal DFT of 2 pack phenolic paint. Outer tank of 4mm steel plate with 6mm dished ends and designed to contain 110% of inner tank volume, externally shot blasted and painted with 1 coat of intacure 200 to 75 microns nominal DFT and 1 coat of Intacure 384 to 150 microns followed by 1 coat interfine 629 to 50 microns DFT. Mounted on cradles set @ 1:30 slope to sump. TANK FITTINGS Audible High level alarm. Bund warning alarm. 80mm floating suction. FUELLING INSTALLATION
PRODUCT SAMPLING SYSTEM / PRODUCT RECOVERYThe product sampling system has been designed to take fuel sample from the input and the out put of the filter water separator. The sample can then be viewed via a visi-jar. The visi-jar has milli-pore connect on the side of the jar. From the visi-jar the fuel can beeither return to the product tank or drained into a sample jar.
Fuel can be returned to the main take from the product recovery tank via the filter water separator. Any water in the tank can then be drained into a bucket for disposal.
All rigid pipe work to be manufactured from schedule 10 or greater stainless steel. Connections to tank made via top of tank maintaining bund integrity.
