Remove Email Account

Ανοίξτε το Outlook και πατήστε Next.

Open Outlook and press Next.

Επιλέξτε Yes, και μετά Next.

Choose Yes, and then Next.

Επιλέγετε το Manual setup or additional server types και πατάτε Next.

Select the Manual setup or additional server types option and press Next.

Επιλέξτε την επιλογή POP or IMAP και πατάτε Next.

Choose the option POP or IMAP and press Next.

Συμπληρώστε τα προσωπικά σας στοιχεία / Complete your personal information: Your Name: το όνομά σας / your name as you wish it to appear E-mail Address: το email σας / you Cytanet email address Username: το username του Cytanet λογαριασμού σας / the username of your Cytanet account Password: τον κωδικό του email σας / the password of your email Στο πεδίο Account Type επιλέξτε είτε POP3 είτε IMAP. / Choose whether you want the account type to be

POP3 or IMAP. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι στα πιο κάτω πεδία γράφει τα ακόλουθα / Make sure of the information in the following fields: Incoming mail server: mail.cytanet.com.cy Outgoing mail server: mail-out.cytanet.com.cy Πατήστε More Settings για να ελέγξετε περισσότερες ρυθμίσεις. / Press on More Settings.

Πηγαίνετε στην καρτέλα General. Στο πεδίο Reply E-mail γράψτε την ηλεκτρονική σας διεύθυνση.

Go to the General tab. In the Reply E-mail field, type in your email address.

Ελέγξτε αν είναι σωστό το port του Incoming Server: • 995 για POP3 • 993 για IMAP και βάζετε στο This server requires a secure connection (SSL). Μετά, βάλτε στο port του Outgoing Server το 587 και πατήστε στην καρτέλα Outgoing Server, πάνω αριστερά.

Check that the Incoming Server Port is correct: • 995, if the type of the account is POP3 • 993, if the type of the account is IMAP and from the drop-down menu of Use the following type of encrypted connection choose SSL. Then, type in 587 in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) field, and then click on the Outgoing Server tab on the left.

ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Αν ο τύπος του λογαριασμού είναι POP3 (Εικόνα 1), μπορείτε να επιλέξετε το να κρατά αντίγραφο των emails σας ο server.

NOTE: If the account type is POP3 (Picture 1), you can choose the option to leave a copy of the emails on the server.

IMAP POP3

Επιλέγετε το My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication και το Log on using και μετά συμπληρώνετε τα πιο κάτω πεδία: User Name: το username του Cytanet

λογαριασμού σας Password: τον κωδικό του email σας Πατήστε OK και μετά Next.

Choose My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, as well as the Log on using option, and then fill in the following fields: User Name: your Cytanet account username Password: your email password Press OK and then Next.

Το πιο κάτω μπορεί να εμφανιστεί. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχει 2 . Πατήστε Close, και μετά Next.

The following may appear. Make sure there are 2 . Press Close, and then Next.

Πατήστε Finish.

Press Finish.

Πατήστε File Info, και μετά Account Settings

Choose File Info, and then Account Settings.

Επιλέξτε τον λογαριασμό σας και πατήστε Remove.

Select your account and then choose Remove.
