ET20x series push-in resistance temperature probes are intendedfor measuring temperatures in liquids and gases. Applicationsinclude heating and cooling installations, building and industrialautomation, labs.

Depending on the needs of application, platinum RTD sensingelements with specific nominal resistance and accuracy class fortemperatures up to +500 °C and common thermistors, protectiontubes of various sizes, connection cables for dry and humidconditions, various process connection fittings and flexible stainlesssteel armour can be supplied.

The standard version includes Pt100 class B sensor withmeasurement range from -50 to +250 °C and 3 meters of 3-wiresilicone insulated cable.

ET301 series push-in thermocouple probes are intended formeasuring temperatures in liquids and gases.

The advantage of mineral-insulated thermocouples is smalldiameter of the protection tube, thanks to which the response isfaster. The thermocouple is insulated with dense magnesium oxidepowder, which improves corrosion resistance and increaseslifespan. The protection tube is flexible and can be convenientlybended to desired shape.

ET301-J: - type J (Fe-CuNi) thermocouple, up to +800 °C - 321 s/s protection tube, D = 0,5/1,5/3/4,5/6 mm, L = 150/300/500/1000/2000 mm

• Quick and easy installation

ET24x series surface temperature sensors are intended formeasuring temperatures on closed pipe systems or other round orflat surfaces. The sensor can be conveniently fixed with a hoseclamp or M3 screw. Mounting with hose clamps avoids anymechanical preparation of the measurement site.

Indirect temperature measurement avoids disturbing flow of themedium and the measurement object is hardly affected by the lowthermal mass of the sensor. On the other hand, lack of pressureand chemical effects ensures longer lifespan of the sensor.

It must be considered that large differences in temperaturebetween the measurement medium and surroundings have a directeffect on the measurement result. In such cases, additionalinsulation around the sensor and the cable in at least 10 cm rangeis advisable. To improve heat transfer from surface to the sensor,heat-conductive paste can be supplied.

ET231x/ET33x series surface temperature sensors with bayonetfitting are intended for measuring temperatures on solid surfaces,bearings and moulding tools, mainly in plastic industry.

Thanks to specially shaped sensing tip these sensors are used inflat-bottom and cone-shaped bores. Rugged pressure spring, madeof stainless steel, ensures uniform pressure between measuring tipand bottom of a hole and also protects tube and cable. The fittinglocation is adjustable by rotating the bayonet cap.

Push-in thermocouple probes with terminal head are intended forindustrial measurement of high temperatures of hot gases andfluids at pressure ~1 bar. The main applications are combustioncontrol, metal, cement, ceramic and glass industries.

Depending on the needs of application, single or double thermo-couple of most common type, protection tube of specific size andmaterial, various terminal heads, process connection fittings andoutputs can be supplied.

Thermocouple according to EN 60584: - types: K (NiCr-Ni), up to +1200 °C - standard version N (NiCrSi-NiSi), up to +1300 °C S (Pt10Rh-Pt), up to +1600 °C

ET601 series mineral-insulated thermocouples have an advantageof thinner and flexible protection tube, providing faster responseand convenient bending to desired shape. Thermocouple isinsulated with dense magnesium oxide powder which decreasescorrosion of thermocouple wires and extends lifespan.

EA52x series replacement measuring inserts fit into ET52x seriesindustrial temperature probes. In case of sensor element failure theinsert can be easily replaced without process interruption.

Diameter of replacement insert is ~1 mm smaller than borediameter of the protection tube.

The insert is easy to replace. To ensure good thermal contactbetween the sensing element and the protection tube, the insert isfixed into DIN B terminal head by means of two spring-loadedscrews and firmly pressed down to the protection tube bottom.

Thermowells are intended for additional protection of temperatureprobes from mechanical damage and corrosion. In case of sensorfailure the probe can be easily replaced without processinterruption.

EA8xx series thermowells are made of 1.4404 / AISI316L stainlesssteel tube which is welded to appropriate fitting. Inner diameter ofthe thermowell tube is ~1 mm larger than diameter of temperatureprobe protection tube.

E2405 series differential pressure transmitters are intended formeasuring low absolute, differential or gauge pressure of air ornon-corrosive gases. The main application area is buildingautomation, e.g. filter control.

The instrument is supplied in several versions with either 4-20 mAcurrent or 0-10 V voltage output and different operating ranges. Thesensor output is temperature compensated in the range -10...+60°C. The analog output scale can be adjusted between 20...100% ofthe operating range via PC and E2090P kit.

A2060-485 digital interface module provides direct RS485 Fieldbusnetworking with Modbus RTU communication protocol.

E2606 series stationary gas detectors are intended for air qualitymonitoring, control of gas concentration and prevention of gasleakages in confined spaces. Combustible (methane, butane,hydrogen, etc) or toxic (carbon monoxide, VOC, freons, ammonia,H2S, etc) gases or oxygen deficiency can be detected.

E2606 detectors may be used for prevention of gas leakages in gasboiler rooms, cellars, garages, kitchens, refrigerators, for air qualitycontrol in HVAC automation, for carbon monoxide accumulationprevention near furnaces, at car parks, in cellars and other confinedspaces. Oxygen detector is intended for providing human safety instorages, in confined and underground rooms and places in dangerof oxygen extrusion by another gas.

Depending on the version, the gas detector E2606 is suppliedeither with advanced metal-oxide or electrochemical gas sensingelement. Electrochemical sensor is more sensitive, selective andaccurate but has much shorter lifetime than metal-oxide sensor.

4-20 mA analog output of the gas detector provides connection to alogger or a controller. RS485 interface with Modbus RTU protocolallows direct digital Fieldbus networking of up to 30 detectors.Relay output enables directly to set off alarm siren or forcedventilation and to control the appropriate actuator mechanism, e.g.to switch a solenoid valve. Alarm setpoint should be set lower thanthe lower explosive limit of detectable gas or in case of toxic gaslower than permissible limiting concentration according toapplication.

In normal mode the instrument's LED is on. When gas concen-tration exceeds alarm level, LED starts blinking, internal buzzerstarts beeping and output relay contacts switch over. The instru-ment returns to normal mode after gas concentration drops belowrelease level.
