Finally, nitrates, which are derived from pesticides and fertilizers, are the lowest (NO3 1 mg / lt) we can find in a natural mineral water both in Greece and abroad.

LAVE S.A. is the first company in the field of bottled mineral water that has been certified by ISO 22000 (HACCP) since May, 2007. This particular certification system ensures that the water will reach the consumer maintaining the chemical composition it had when it was pumped from the spring.

LAVE S.A. has succeeded in developing, in a short time, mechanisms for the quality of our products, but also in be-coming the leader by using new technologies in the industry.

The Natural Mineral Water EVDORO is available in the following packages:• Pet 0.5 lt. Also available in a twenty-four pack (24 x 0.5 lt.) in two different bottle colorings, transparent

QUALITY FEATURES

Natural Mineral Water EVDORO is bottled at the site of the spring without any treatment - as specified by Na-tional and International legislation which prohibits any intervention in its composition - and without any inter-vention by human hand during the process of pumping and bottling.

The aquifer from which we pump EVDORO is protected against any environmental pollution, fact which has been attested by special hydro-geological studies and analyses, and, as EVDORO is naturally formed, its insuperable qual-ity is guaranteed.

The rocks of the region enrich the water with trace ele-ments and minerals that are essential for its special taste. The flow of water through geological formations enriches it with calcium ions (Ca++) as well as with magnesium ions (Mg++), an extremely rare combination in the constitution of domestic waters.

At the same time, it is exceptionally rich in acidic carbonic ions, ensuring the most excellent operation of renal sys-tem in the human organism, due to its increased diuretic properties. Its low salt content does not tax the human organism and it typical of a water digestible and light, palatable, suitable for diet poor in sodium (certified by the Ministry of Health) which makes it absolutely advis-able for people with high blood pressure and cardiopaths.

Market demands for more quality products, taking into serious consideration the ever increasing consumption of bottled water per capita, have made the production of the Natural Mineral Water EVDORO necessary.

LAVE S.A. is located in Mexiates in the Municipality of Ipati, renowned for its thermal springs since ancient times. It is a region of exquisite beauty, close to the famous monastery of Agathon and to woodlands which

have been declared a Nature Reserve, covered by pine trees, rich in spring waters and blessed with a wide range of wild flowers and landscapes.

The Lamia Bottling Industry factory is accommodated in self-owned facilities, spreading over an area of 10000 square meters. The production and bottling area as well as the company’s headquarters are situated in 1700 square meters of land.

Our company utilizes a range of advanced techniques in the water bottling industry with immense capacity of production and a strong distribution network, both in Greece and abroad. We have greatly invested in our work force, which we consider as the basis for constant future success.

The whole production process is effectuated by means of equipment made by Sidel, a leading company in the branch of bottling mineral water worldwide.

LAVE S.A. is the first company in Greece which made use of this particular bottling equipment making thus pos-sible not only the satisfaction of every market demand, but also the ability to ensure the best quality control over the conditions under which we bottle water - at any stage of the process – and therefore establishing the supremacy of Natural Mineral Water EVDORO in the market.

The selection of the company’s suppliers takes place through strict criteria ensuring high product quality at all levels. The main supplier is RESILUX S.A., a multina-tional company which is a high standards leader in the market.

The application of the most advanced bottling tech-nology systems in conjunction with strong distribution network in Greece enables us to cover every need and market demand.

The 2010 second production line installed so that the dynamics of the plant to be in the six-folds 35,000,000 and 10,000,000 1.5 liter containers of 0.5 liter.
