At Dresden we have learned a lot of thinks about the German culture. Dresden has a lot of beautiful and big buildings, have a lot

of very interesting places to visit and the most beautiful was the church Frauenkirchen. In this two weeks we have improved our

abilities at logo soft.We enjoyed the walks around the reconstructed Old City. We saw a

lot of sightseeing such as the Opera House, the Palace. The facilities of the WBS Training AG were perfect.

After two weeks of lessons at the facilities of the WBS Training with our trainer Mr. Yang we learned a lot of special functions/gates

which will be very useful in our jobs.We would like to thank the WBS Training and especially our teacher

Mr. Yang because if it wasn’t him we wouldn’t have learned so much.

It was an amazing experience!

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM

 The fire protection system consist of a smoke sensor (I1),

a temperature sensor (I3), a safety button (I2), and a general switch (I5) who will activate and terminate our

system. Finally a test button (I4) will check the operation of our system.

All inputs goes in an alarm horn (Q1) and in a flashing light (Q2) to alert people with in the building that there is fire. Also we have connected a phone line (Q4)to inform

the fire station.There are two pumps that spreads the water inside the building so as to extinguish the fire. The first pump (Q5)

is activated 5 seconds after the fire has started and a second pump (Q6) is activated after 20 seconds. The first pump is activated after 5 seconds in order to give time to the people to evacuate the building. The purpose of the second pump is to increase the pressure in the water of

the fire circuit system. The test button triggers the flashing light and the horn and also activates the pumps for a short time. The test

operates for 30 seconds and the pumps works for 4 seconds without spreading water because of a magnetic

valve (Q3).
