ELSA Odessa, Ukraine Summer Law School on

Maritime Law “Dispute resolution”

Fourth Summer Law School on Maritime Law “Dispute resolution” will be held in Odessa from 4th to 9th August 2014. As the “sea lawyers” said that in order to be fluent in maritime law you need to forget all that you were taught on the shore because reverse rules are in action.The participants will learn from leading maritime lawyers and scholars in the field about general issues of maritime law and dispute resolution practices in public and private spheres. Participants receive hands-on insider information. The participants receive hands-on insider information. In the end of the law school a moot court on maritime arbitration will be heldamong the participants, based on the case of the previous IMCMA. This will be an additional bonus to the intense course dedicated to maritime law, dispute resolution strategies in maritime disputes, maritime arbitration, London Maritime Arbitrator`s Association, treatment of persons rescued at sea, the continental shelf disputes and recent practice of the International Court of Justice on this topic.

15th International Summer Law School Zadar: Human Rights and Globalisation

International Summer Law School in Zadar is the most traditional and the biggest event organised by local group of ELSA Zagreb.This year it is celebrating its 15 edition and as the tradition of 14 year shows, more than 600 students have already participated in it.It is organised in a beautiful city of Zadar, which is located directly on the Croatian coast so you can enjoy sun and sea after the classes. Πιθανότατα θα σας ζητηθεί να επισυνάψετε ένα letter που αποδεικνύει την ιδιότητα μέλους σας.

Ε'ιναι λοιπόν απαραίτητο πρωτού υποβάλλετε την αίτησή σας να απευθυνθείτε πρώτα σε

κάποιον υπεύθυνο στη χώρα σας. Ακόμα προτείνουμε σε όσους κάνουν για πρώτη φορά αίτηση

σε summer school να εξετάσετε την αίτησή σας με κάποιον local officer, προκειμένου να

ΙΙ. Participants' selection

Στα περισσότερα summer school η επιλογή γίνεται με βάση αντικειμενικά κριτήρια, λαμβάνοντας

υπόψη την άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας καθώς και το ακαδημαϊκό τους υπόβαθρο. Σε

κάποια summer school τηρείται σειρά προτεραιότητας. Σημαντικό επίσης για την επιλογή σας

είναι το motivation letter.

IΙΙ. The Contract - Conditions

H "Αίτηση" που θα συμπληρώσετε, θεωρείται μια επίσημη σύμβαση και αποτελεί δέσμευση

μεταξύ της ELSA και του αιτούντος. Και τα δύο μέρη θα πρέπει να τηρούν τους όρους του

contract και να ενημερώνουν αμέσως σχετικά με τις αλλαγές που γίνουν μετά τη συμπλήρωση

της αίτησης. Συνεπώς, κρίνεται ιδαίτερα σημαντικό να διαβάσετε προσεκτικά τους όρους αλλά

και τη διαδικασία υποβολής των αιτήσεων.

Για οποιαδήποτε διευκρίνηση ή αρωγή κατά τη συμπλήρωση της αίτησης
