News "Baganuur" JSC to issue additional shares As per resolution no.233 of Financial Regulatory Commission dated June 15th, 2016, "Baganuur" JSC will be issuing additional shares to boost coal production, stripping operations and competitiveness while decreasing transportation costs.

Purchase of gold the Bank of Mongolia increase 61% As of May, 2016, the Bank of Mongolia purchased around 3.3t gold from legal entities and individuals, 61% higher than year earlier. In 2015, the central bank purchased 15.1t gold, 7 times higher than that of 2010. Bank of Mongolia BoM holds FX auction Commercial banks bid MNT1950.00-1955.00 for USD1.6 million, asked MNT 1968.00 for USD 3.0 million and bid MNT296.11-296.80 for CNY 7.0 million respectively.
