    CNCTTOverview

    Capability for Net-centric Test & Training (CNCTT) effort develops an

    accredited, InterTEC-based, readily available, consistent, & operationally

    relevant capability to support a robust environment for conducting integrated

    Live- Virtual-Constructive (LVC) end-to-end testing in a training environment

    Leverages large force training events (like Flag exercises & weapons school

    Mission Employments (MEs)

    InterTEC Tool Suite is key

    Rides on the JMETC VPN

    Integrates COTS/GOTS (commercial/govt-off-the-shelf) instrumentation/systems

    Includes integration of some tools developed with funding external to CTEIP

    Initial Conditions: Some CAS capable aircraft/wpns are chopped to the ASOC for direct tasking Some CAS capable aircraft/wpns on other missions are re-taskable by the AOC

    Initiating event(s): Forward elements (FE)--some in open, some in urban terrain--are at risk for

    being in contact with the enemy; ISR (i.e. UAV) indicates contact is imminent FE uses local JTAC to request CAS to ASOC

    ASOC tasks available A/C to support JTAC is terminal controller ASOC requests AC from AOC with coord thru airborne C2, JTAC is terminal
