Ψηφιακή Περιήγηση της Αγίας Σοφίας

Η σύγχρονη ψηφιακή τεχνολογία επιτρέπει τηνανακατασκευή με υπολογιστικά μέσα ενός αντικειμένου. ΤοΕρευνητικό Εργαστήριο MIRALab CUI του Πανεπιστήμιουτης Γενεύης- Ελβετίας έχει αναπτύξει το τρισδιάστατοΜοντέλο της Αγίας Σοφίας και το οποίο παρουσιάζεται στηνΈκθεση αυτή. Το Ψηφιακό Μοντέλο που έχει αναπτυχθείαφορά την μορφή της Αγίας Σοφίας μετά από την Άλωση του1453. Τα μέσα παρουσίασης που χρησιμοποιούνται έχουναναπτυχθεί από την Ερευνητική Ομάδα ΈξυπνωνΑισθητήρων-Εργαστήριο Μικροκυμάτων και Οπτικών τουΕ.Μ. Πολυτεχνείου.Η Οικουμενική Ομοσπονδία Κωνσταντινουπολιτών έχει ήδηξεκινήσει συνεργασία με τις αναφερόμενες ΕρευνητικέςΟμάδες την Μετατροπή του Λογισμικού αυτού ώστε ναπαρουσιάζεται η Αγία Σοφία την εποχή του Βυζαντίου.

Virtual Reality Visit of Haghia SophiaDigital technology provides the capability of reconstructing of any object by using mathematical methods. The Research Laboratory MIRALab CUI of the University of Geneva under the directorship of Prof. Nadia MAGNENAT-THALMANN developed the three dimensional virtual reality model of Haghia Sophia which is presented in this Exhibition. The model presented here corresponds to the era of 16’teen Century when Hagia Sophia was converted to a Mosque. The means of presentations have been developed by the I-sense research Group of the Microwave and Fiber Optics Laboratory of the National Technology of Athens.The Ecumenical Federation of Constantinopolitans already started a cooperation with the above Research Groups the modification of this Software to present the Haghia Sophia in the era of Byzantium.
