What is ongoing or has to be done in the near future

Page 11: Brief Overview of ESPONTrain Project progress

• first of all, to reconcile national diversities with a European-wide and fully transnational approach, which is besides one of our major goals

• second, to create a highly innovative, flexible, user-friendly, easy to manage and interactive ESPON e-learning process ( focusing on the case studies’ part of our educational model and the policy implications) so as to be an efficient background to a broader ESPON Virtual learning environment ( VLE) in the future

Our main concerns and achievements

• Last but not least to create synergies with other TNAs ( e.g using the INTERSTRAT’s workshops material, which reflects interactions with stakeholders and policy makers of all levels and will be helpful to better understand policy implications of the ESPON findings.

Concerning Greece, we are working in close cooperation with regions and regional commissioners for both TNAs, INTERSTRAT and ESPONTrain…«Everyone working to help overcome Greek crisis has the duty to help the country return to positive growth» said Horst Reichenbach, Head of the EC Task Force, addressing to Greek regional commissioners in the European Partliament
