WATCH OUT !
Hygiene practice before cooking :ϡ Firstly , make sure we
wash our hands before cooking .
ϡ We also must to keep our hands and nails short to prevent from bacteria.
ϡ Makesure that our equipment in a clean .
ϡ Lastly , makesure we wear our apron to prevent dirty clothes .
PROCESS :STEP TO MAKE
BLUEBERRY CHEESE TART
THE IMPORTANT INGREDIENT OF BLUEBERRY CHEESE TART
INGREDIENT A : MAKE PASTRY 125 gm butter / margerin 60 gm icing sugar 1 egg (GRADE B) medium –
large size 240 gm flour
INGREDIENT B : FOR FILLING 250 gm cream cheese 50 gm icing sugar 20 gm butter (soften) tablespoon lemon
extraction 1 egg (GRADE B) blueberry
pie filling
STEP TO MAKE THE SWEET PASTRY :
Ƣ Beat the butter / margarine and icing sugar until creamy .
Ƣ Add the eggs , beat again .
Ƣ After that , add the flour . Ƣ Mix to form dough . Push
dough into the tart container . Press into a neat , neat .
Ƣ Trim the edges to stick a spoon or knife .
Ƣ Bake at 180˚C for 15 – 20 minutes .
Ƣ Wait a cool first and remove the tart mold .
STEP TO MAKE THE CHEESE FILLING :€ at cream cheese , butter
and icing sugar till fluffy .
€ Finally add the eggs and lemon juice extraction
€ Spoon cheese filling into piping bag and had pipekan into tart dough that has been burned before .
€ Garnish wish a blueberry filling over and arrange on the baking tray and bake at 180˚C for 10 minutes or filling just looks a bit dry .
