SUPRAMOLECULAR POLYMERS

The Keylab Supramolecular Polymers applies non-covalent forces such as hydrogen bonding, π−π-stacking and metallosupramolecular interactions to give colloidal assemblies, hydro- and organogels as well as liquid crystal-line functional materials.

The lab provides a variety of methods including microscopy (optical, fl uore-scence, SEM, SPM), X-ray diffraction and scattering (single crystal & SAXS/WAXS), isothermal titration calori-metry, DSC, NMR, MS, and optical spectroscopy.

SUPRAMOLECULAR POLYMERS

BPIBayerisches Polymerinstitut
