ABSTRACT: Cylindrical roller bearings take heavy radial loads that can operate at high speeds. They are manufactured in a wide variety of variants and sizes, especially with a row of rolls, and two or more rows, the next roll or roll cages. In cylindrical roller bearings, rollers are guided by fixed collar of one of the rings. In models with cage, collar ring with cage retained rollers can be extracted from the other ring. Therefore, mounting and dismounting of bearings in the hub become much easier, especially in those places where, due to the loading conditions are imperative need tight fits for both rings. Cylindrical roller bearings are assemblies consisting of a row outer rings, inner rings and roller cages. Outer rings can be trimmed on both sides and the interior have one or two edges. The cage prevents the roller contact during operation. Cylindrical roller bearings are very rigid, have a high radial load capacity and because the cage, are suitable for high speeds.

4.CONCLUSIONS Cylindrical roller bearings are manufactured in a variety of types and sizes, especially a row of rolls, and on two or more occasions, with cages or roll next roll. In cylindrical roller bearings, rollers are guided by lateral collar of one of inele.La fixed bearings with cages, collar ring with rollers retained by the cage can be extracted from the other ring, which means that the bearings are removed. Through this, mounting and dismounting of bearings in node becomes much easier, especially in those places where due to the loading conditions are necessary adjusted close to both inele.Rulmentii are provided at the ends downloaded roller generatrix, for which linear contact between rolls and rings great change in the sense voltages edge.
