The experience of the disarticulation significant terrorist

organizations that were acting in Greece and also the new terrorist threat that has expanded in the whole world imposed the modification of the greek criminal (penal) legislation. Aim of that change was to cover the weaknesses of the valid law frame and synchronize the greek legislation with the European one in that particular subject. The present essay searched how much the new regulations respect the constitutional rights of the citizens. The result that comes out from that extensive research is that the law 3259/2004 doesnt violate the general defending content of the constitutional rights. The new dispositions dont constitute restrictions but define the limits of the rights.
