Dr. Raed Omar Sbeit Biography

Dr. Sbeit is the Founder & CEO of a 6σL LDI. Globally Recognized IT & Communication

Strategy Executive, Cyber Security Thought Leader, Business & Engineering Professor, Lean Six

Sigma Black Belt, Author. An expert with unique blend in eminence strategy development,

business transformation programs, process improvement, life cycle of change, and software

applications' enablement. A Senior Contract Manager for Wireless Network Organization Network

Support Systems (NSS).

Previously Dr. Sbeit instituted a Balanced Scorecard to measure the quality of IT Team

that resulted in a 40% reduction of defects and production outages and faster time to market

delivering an annualized benefits exceeding $8M. Coached 12 Green Belt projects (SDLC

Transformation, SFC Fallout reduction, Outage Reductions, Transport Control Center

Automation, Network Reliability Option 2 Grooming Post Scheduling & Post Provisioning &

Federal Gov Provisioning efficiency) delivering an annualized benefit exceeding $5M. Trained

hundreds in a Lean Six Sigma Process Excellence & Design and Innovation with the emphasis on

MVP concepts & Agile Mindset. Dr Sbeit managed the delivery of the Frontier releases for 500

+ applications with overall SLA Budget exceeding $90M while managing a globally diverse team

of 45 members.

Dr. Sbeit earned a Doctoral in Engineering Management and MS in Software Engineering

from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He completed his Mechanical Engineering degree

from American University of Beirut. He earned Executive Graduate Certificates in Strategic

Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Negotiations and Leadership from the Cox School of

Business at SMU. Dr. Sbeit is an author of ~Telecom Mergers Economical and Technological

Effects, Verizon As Case Study.

Dr. Sbeit is involved in numerous civic, educational and non for profit organizations

including serving on the City of Irving Green Advisory Board, Irving Police Advisory Board and

on Professional and Educational Organizations.

1. Organizational Strategy and Execution Seminar Strategic planning needs are numerous and varied. They can include creating a

mission statement, fine-tuning organizational goals, or achieving consensus on

priorities for the upcoming year. From initial planning, to conducting meetings and

retreats, to follow-up evaluations and activities, the 6σL LDI Center has proven

facilitators with tools and techniques to make the strategic planning process a

success.

Duration: One Full Weekend Classes.

Fees: $799 - Special Discounted Fees: $499 for Full Time Students and / or

Members of Non Profit Organizations.

Class Size will not exceed 10 Participants

2. Organizational Development & Governance Seminar Organizations must adjust and realign to external and internal change. The 6σL LDI

Center specializes in assisting organizations with assessments, consultation,

coaching, and many other tools to provide direction and keep organizations healthy

and moving forward.

Duration: One Full Weekend Classes.

Fees: $799 - Special Discounted Fees: $499 for Full Time Students and / or

Members of Non Profit Organizations.

Class Size will not exceed 10 Participants

3. Individual Coaching Sessions The 6σL LDI provides coaching for all professionals. There are a myriad of goals for

the coaching experience, from improving individual productivity to guiding leaders

through change to career planning. Coaches are matched to the individual and all

conversations are confidential. Individuals can meet with coaches face-to-face, on

the phone, by email, or through a combination of these approaches..

Duration: Hourly Sessions

Fees: $299/ hour - Special Discounted Fees: $199 for Full Time Students and / or

Members of Non Profit Organizations.
