The G3D-RP100 is specifically designed for small to medium production levels in jewellery factories. It is an ideal form factor for high precision master modelling and direct cast production. The complete package includes the UV Curing unit, Ultrasonic cleaner and Toolset, ready to get to work straight out of the box.

Designed to operate consistently in 24/7 production cycles with less than 5 minutes turnaround between batches, this machine may be considered small but it is extremely powerful and reliable.

Synergy was developed by G3D’s scientific team in the United Kingdom. Tried and tested by jewellery manufacturers worldwide, it is designed primarily for investing, burnout and DIRECT CASTING of G3D resin patterns.

Synergy is an investment powder for G3D CAD/CAM resin direct casting, offering the following benefits:

• Highest quality raw materials sourced and graded for Resin/CAD direct casting

• Formulated with a greater green strength enabling it to withstand the high Resin/CAD expansion

• Chemically designed to specifically match G3D Resin with perfect Burn-Out

• Clean cut surface finish, sharp edges, without inclusions

• Easy removal after casting

• G3D Synergy has a very high cristobalite content and is therefore able to withstand a top burnout temperature of 850°C (1562°F). This will ensure that it can withstand the additional expansion stresses upon the mould and also remove the carbons which can, in some cases, remain within the mould and affect the quality of the casting

• Synergy can also be used to produce injection wax castings and will easily cast all gold alloys including high percentage Palladium White Gold

Developed with our G3D Synergy investment powder and using our 60 years experience, we have achieved next to zero residue during burnout, which makes us the only provider on the market today to offer a truly direct castable resin.

CASTABLE PROTOTYPING RESINS

C600 C001 C002 C003This resin has been reliably tested and

confirmed to contain next to zero ash content. Used in

conjunction with G3D printers, this resin will

give similar results to C700 but with a

slightly larger particle size. It is translucent orange in colour and accurate for 20um

resolution prototyping.

For High Resolution 10μm Rapid

Prototyping, direct castable. It is

translucent yellow in colour. This resin is

our most established in the jewellery

market. It consistently performs as our

biggest seller and is trusted by hundreds

of customers. It works well across a wide range of UV

wavelengths and can be used with many

different UV sources.

Perfect for direct casting large models or for master model production. The resin can also be used for traditionally smaller printed pieces and builds slightly faster

than C001. The piece can then be

used create a rubber mould using the

traditional methods. It is translucent Red in

colour.

C700Our newly developed flagship material for Jewellery, C700, has been reliably tested and confirmed to

contain next to zero ash content, yet still maintains extreme

strength to build parts with minimal supports and in ultra fine detail.

It’s an ideal material for direct casting

jewellery providing super smooth finish without inclusions or porosity problems. It is green in colour and

accurate for 10um resolution prototyping.
