1. B2B meetings with Chinese companies of common interest, members of the Beijing Chambers of Commerce.

2. Translation services. University of International Business and Economics of Beijing will provide every participant company with a Chinese student to translate from Chinese to English throughout the festival.

PROMOTION Promotion of the Festival in Beijing will be handled by the

University of Beijing in collaboration with the Greek Embassy in Beijing and the Chinese Government’s Commercial office for the CDB district (Beijing CDB Management Committee).

The festival is exclusively devoted in the

promotion of Greek products and

services to the Chinese Market

When: 11 – 12 May 2013 (Saturday - Sunday)

Where: Exhibition Venue at Central Business District

Duration: 6 hours per day (12:00 – 18:00)

FESTIVAL The festival will be held at the Central Business

District of the Chaoyang District on of the most busy districts of Beijing

The Central Business District is the commercial heart of a city

PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS

The festival will only include Greek Products.

Each participant will have a specific space to showcase his products.

The space will include tables for placement of products and information material, as well as chairs, garbage bins and power supply.

The venue will provide to the participants storage rooms and room for B2B meetings.
