Ο δικέφαλος αετός , που παρέμεινε de jure εθνόσημο της Ρωσίας μέχρι τις 10 Ιουλίου 1918. Ποτέ δεν χρησιμοποιήθηκε επίσημα πριν από την διάλυση της Συνέλευσης.
