oils are selected by our cooperating olive framers for their particular characterics, such as taste, delicate perfume, low acidity level (maximum 0.4%) and full body.

This oil has a characteristic aroma, low acidity, green colour and almond aftertaste. It is a full and robust extra virgin oil, best used 'a crudo'.
