Through the organisation of Syros Culture- 2015 that takes place on our island every year, in cooperation with associations and institu-tions of Syros and well-known artists, the Municipality of Syros-Hermoupo-lis aims at elevating and promoting our historical and cultural heritage.

This summer, we are welcoming you and providing you with plenty of spectacular events, which will hopefully fill you with joy, laughter, optimism and unforgettable experiences. This years program encompasses a wide range of concerts, theatrical performances, traditional evenings, visual arts exhibitions and various entertaining events, as well as popular festivals, such as Ania Syros, Syros International Film Festival (SIFF), the Festival of the Aegean, etc.

Through the organisation of Syros Culture- 2015, the Mu-nicipality of Syros-Hermoupolis introduces its own cultural propo-sition, with pervasive optimism, by selecting Culture as one of the saf-est ways to overcome every crisis.
