Η οριακή εμπειρία της γλώσσας στο Τάδε Έφη Ζαρατούστρα κορυφώνεται σε τούτο το αδιέξοδο: ό,τι στερείται νοήματος δεν λανθάνει μόνο πέρα από την γλώσσα αλλά επιπλέον εντός της. Αυτή είναι η ριζοσπαστική και γνήσια μηδενιστική απόληξη της νιτσεϊκής φιλοσοφίας της γλώσσας – η γλώσσα παύει να φέρει νόημα, να λειτουργεί δηλαδή ως γλώσσα, όχι μόνον όταν είναι ολότελα αποκομμένη από τον κόσμο και τον λογικό έλεγχο, αλλά ακόμη και όταν υποτίθεται πως δεν κάνει τίποτα άλλο παρά να δηλώνει τον κόσμο, όταν ακόμη νομίζουμε πως οι προτάσεις της είναι αληθείς ή ψευδείς. [...] Ο σολιψισμός συρρικνώνει το εγώ τόσο, ώστε να αποκλείεται περαιτέρω αναγωγή ή έκτασή του. Στο σολιψιστικό τέλμα το Εγώ απομένει ένα σκληρό και ξηρό κουκούτσι. Γίνεται ένας ελάχιστος και έσχατος πυρήνας στην μεθόριο γλώσσας και κόσμου. Στέκει απολύτως αδιαφανής και συμπαγής, μια έσχατη πραγματικότητα όσο αυθεντική και ωμή μπορεί ποτέ να γίνει. Το Εγώ ηρεμεί και μιλά μόνο σε αυτή την έσχατη πυρηνική εκδοχή του.
