ABSTRACT

I chose this thesis because I wanted to combine the fulfillment of my obligations to the institution ATEI Thessaloniki and the opportunity to learn something very useful to further my professional activity.

The development of an online store for a business is for our time which almost'' necessary'' in order to increase its profit or for advertising purposes. In this contributed to the invasion of internet in our daily lives and amenities provides us.

These two reasons plus my passion at the programming section led to this decision.

My purpose is to try as much as possible to convey the knowledge gained and thus help someone who wants to implement an online store with Joomla Content Management System and application Virtuemart. There will also be mentioned auxiliary tools-programs contributed significantly to addressing and solving the problems that have arisen.
